Staying Safe During a Storm

*Stay indoors, preferably in a room without windows.
*If you move from one room to another, it is recommended that you take your emergency kit with you.
*If your home is threatened by flooding, turn off the electricity at the main switch.
*Use flashlights for lighting.
*Keep children informed.
*Do not go outside during the eye of the hurricane.
